About Shipping
Shipping methods vary by country.
For most European countries, we usually ship via DHL, and sometimes UPS. Delivery takes around 15 days. Your package will first be shipped from China to a European hub like Germany or Spain, and then delivered to your door by DHL. For the UK, we typically use Royal Mail or FedEx. Shipping to Europe is generally very safe. Customs seizures are rare, and while packages *can* occasionally get lost or stolen, it doesn’t happen very often.
Shipping to the US is trickier because policies change all the time, so we have to keep adjusting our delivery channels. Sometimes we use FedEx from Hong Kong, sometimes FedEx from Dubai, UPS from Singapore, or a dedicated shipping line. Customs holds do happen fairly often. Current delivery time to the US is about 10 days. Occasionally, customs will reject the package and send it back, which can take around a month. Then we have to reship it.
For Middle Eastern countries, we use EMS, FedEx, or Aramex, with delivery taking 10–15 days. **To sum up:** If your package is confirmed seized by customs in any country, we will send a replacement for free.
